My Story

I utilize an integrative approach that combines different therapeutic approaches to best fit each client’s needs and goals. My approach is influenced but not limited to CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic, Psycho therapy, Solution Focused, Strength Based, Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness and Strength Based therapy. I also enjoy integrating a creative arts therapy approach and games because it allows my clients to express their own unique thoughts, feelings, and emotions. I believe that everyone has a hard time sometimes, and I understand that engaging in effective treatment can help you get through it. My clinical approach focuses on helping clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and life experiences while developing practical tools for growth and healing. She is passionate about helping clients identify their strengths, increase self-awareness, and develop healthier patterns that support long-term well-being.

I specialize in creating an empathic and supportive environment. I will work to empower and guide you to develop healthy coping strategies, deeper more satisfying relationships, and the skills and space to process your emotions and move forward.Through a supportive and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment, I work collaboratively with clients to help them navigate challenges, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change in their lives
