My Story
I am a LPC who is committed to partnering with clients to identify strategies that can help them work through life’s difficulties. I understand the complex relationship between thinking and emotions, as well as the impact it can have on mood and actions. I also understand that it’s hard to ask for help, or to admit to having a hard time. That’s why I aim to build trust and authenticity in the therapeutic relationship.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming especially if you've spent a long time putting everyone's needs first, managing anxiety on your own, or feeling like something just isn't "clicking" in your life or relationships. My goal is to offer a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported while also helping you make meaningful, lasting changes.
I'm a licensed professional counselor and I work with adults, teens, and children experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges.
My approach is grounded in psychodynamic and person-centered therapy, with the integration of CBT-based interventions. This means we'll explore how past experiences and relationship patterns may be impacting you today, while also developing practical tools to help you manage symptoms, regulate emotions, and build confidence in daily life.

I'm especially passionate about helping clients who grew up feeling unseen, overly responsible, or unsure of their worth develop a stronger sense of self and more fulfilling relationships. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and tailored to you, not rushed or one-size-fits-all. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship so you feel safe exploring difficult emotions, gaining insight, and working toward your goals at your own pace.

I’m very compassionate about addressing an individual’s unique needs while also letting them know that others struggle with similar challenges. My style is welcoming, warm and interactive! It brings me joy when my interventions help a client get better. Let’s get better together.
