My Story
Everyone can use a little help when things get complicated; conflict is a part of everyday life. Therapy is a space to genuinely connect and develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your emotions, your experiences, and your thoughts. Whether you’re looking to work through trauma, relationship concerns, anxiety, or difficult emotions; my goal is to help you reach your highest potential, while helping you work through any barriers or obstacles along the way.
I am passionate about working with a diverse population, however, over time, I have developed a deeper empathy for teens, emerging adults, and adults who experience adversity; spending a great deal of my time as a therapist helping them. I integrate an empathetic and collaborative approach to therapy, walking alongside clients on their personal journey.
My goal as a therapist is to empower and support you throughout your personal journey. I strive to provide a safe, nurturing environment that allows you to feel comfortable while developing the skills necessary to lead your life in more meaningful ways and to better understand and respond to your emotions.
I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy and tailor evidenced-based practices to fit each client’s unique needs to maximize growth and potential. I specialize in treating anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and relationship concerns utilizing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma- Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy
